You live in a block of flats, your neighbor makes a lot of noise which has caused problems for you. Write a letter to your landlord.

• explain the situation
• tell him/her how you are effected by this
• suggest what you want the landlord to do.
Dear Landlord,
I am the new buyer at your resort, where I live in block at the 4th floor. I am writing this letter to announce you about an annoying situation that’s happening lately in this block and disturbing all the neighbors.
The guys that live at the ground floor apartment, each night they need to have a party and invite their friends to it. Music, voices and shouting late nights are happening, even they throw their wastes from food and beverages in front of the entrance, where we smell bad odors each morning.
However, everyone in this block is complaining from this situation that is happening. All of us are married people and we have kids; they need to rest in order to wake up to schools the next day and us to attend our jobs with positive vibes and motivations. Schools are contacting us daily that the kids are arriving late to their classes, and less concentration on their studies.
Therefore, after several negotiations with those people we did not reach to any solution. So, the neighbors and I we are informing you about what is happening, in order to find a final solution for those people by firing them from this building or move them to another block. If we did not get any reply soon from your side, we will claim this problem to the police, where they will act on their own.
Thanks for your consideration, we are waiting for your response shortly, hope we hear good news from your side.
Sincerely,
