You have completed the course and received a certificate, but you lost it on the way back. Write a letter to the Principal of the college and say.
In your letter, you should tell:
• how you lost the certificate
• why you need it
• what you expect the principal to do.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have done the class and handed in a certificate, but forgot it when I return my home.
Firstly, I need to explain how I lost it. I received the certificate in the class room and thought that I put it in my bag. However, when I took a taxi to come back home, I forgot to bring my bag from the vehicle which means I left it in the taxi then I realised that I lost them.
The reason that I would like my certificate is to submit my new job. I currently applied job and the company asked me to give them my certificate as a proof of graduation. This proof is very required to have my new career.
I would like you to provide a new one. As I mentioned, it is very significant to me and I need to have an alternative one, so I request you to give me again. I am willing to pay the extra costs if necessary. Please let me know what is your decision to resolve this problem.
Your sincerely,
dfsdfaa
