The graph shows the number of enquiries that people sent to the Tourist Information Office in a city from January to June in 2011.
Overall, the quantity of enquiries which were sent in person and by telephone to the Tourist Information Office experienced a steady increase during the period shown. Meanwhile, the number of enquires received by the office by letter or email inclined to decrease over that six-month period.
In January, over 400 queries were sent to the Tourist Information Office in person while this number of queries which were sent to the office by telephone was higher, with 900 enquiries. Nevertheless, in the middle of March in 2011, the figure of inquiries people sent in person exceeded that of inquiries acquired by telephone. From that time, the number of queries addressed in person underwent a significant surge before reach a peak of 1900 queries in June while this quantity of inquiries acquired by telephone was 1600.
In the meanwhile, the number of enquiries that city dwellers sent to the office by letter or email was lower than that of enquiries which people sent to the office in person or by telephone. In January, there was nearly 800 queries sent by letter or email to the office, which was even higher that of queries conveyed personally. However, from March, this number constantly drop and hit the bottom with only nearly 400 enquiries in June.
