The line graph given illustrates how many requiries the Tourist Information Office situated in a city received over six months in 2011.
It is clear from the graph that people were prone to enquire personally. In addition, despite undergoing fluctuations, all the figures generally increased, except the decline witnessed in the number of individuals requiring via email/letter.
In january, there were exactly 800 people prefering to use telephone to inquire, whereas the numbers of by email/letter and in person were drawfed by that of telephone, at 600 and approximately 400 in turn. To March, the figure for in person went up dramatically, compared to slow drops of those of by telephone and email/letter.
In April, the number of personal requiries upsurged to nearly 900, at which point it continued to be the peak of the graph in June, at around 1090. Likewise, this month had seen a slight rebound in the quantity of by phone before it commenced to climbed substantially to over 1000 in June. By contrast, after having remained unchanged during April, the figure for by email/letter experienced an insignificant decrease to exactly one fifth of 1000 in June.
