Dear Jane,
Nice to know you're planning to spend a few days in the moutains. It's such a delightful decision, considering this dreadful COVID-19 pandemic that locked us down for months.
I guarantee you it would be an unforgettable experience: just thinking about the natural beauties, fresh air, and starry sky. And the most wonderful things is that it will definitely be refreshing, save you from daily stressful stuff, and reengergize you. You will come home feeling relaxed and renewed.
Having said that, there are also some drawbacks to which you should pay attention. Mountain gears can be expensive, and you need some skills to use them properly. Besides, the weather can ruin your holiday, if it rains all the days. Do check the forecast before you decide whether to go camping or not.
As it can be dangerous to go alone, make sure you invite some friends with you or camp with your family members. I would be more than happy to spend some days with you, if I am invited.
Feel free to drop me a line, if you need more information.
Lots of love,
Kevin
