Topic: The charts below show what UK graduate and postgraduate students who did not go into full-time work did after leaving college in 2008.
The line diagrams gives information about the destination of students in both UK graduate and post graduate that they have pursued after finishing their university in 2008 besides some who had full-time jobs.
Overall, it is true that most of the UK graduates went to study further and postgraduates decided to study further or get part-time jobs in almost near proportion.
In figure one, among 30000 pupils, the least numbers of 3500 numbers went to do some voluntary work. Then, approximately near numbers of 16235 and 17735 students were unemployed or got a part-time jobs respectively. Finally, the high proportion of these graduates were allocated to them who decided to study in further degree with 29665 records.
In figure two, same as the other graph the biggest amount of students with 2725 numbers were devoted in further study category. Unlike the other chart, the next largest group of them were accepted to have part-time careers. Final two categories which had extremely fewer proportion with 1625 and just 345 for unemployed and voluntary work respectively.
