Bar-chart Task-1
The information of coffee and tea buying and drinking habits of five Australian cities are given in terms of bar-chart. Chart shows the scale of coffee and tea of four weeks.
Firstly, in Sydney and Melbourne the percentage of residents who bought fresh coffee are slightly less than 45%, whereas the percentage of instant coffee buyers are more than 45%. The trend of going out in a cafe for coffee and tea is more in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart as more than 60%.
Secondly, from the bar-chart the consumption of coffee and tea is less in Brisbane and Adelaide as compare to other three cities given. All the cities have increasing percentage of residents in buying of fresh and instant coffee respectively. The percentage of residents going out for coffee is higher than buying coffee in all the cities except in Adelaide, the percentage of this city for going out is less than 50% where the instant coffee buyers are 50%. In Brisbane and Hobart the instant coffee buyers are more than 50%. Only less than 40% residents bought fresh coffee in Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart.
Overall, we can say that residents of Australian cities are more likely to go out for coffee and tea in a cafe than buying coffee and drinking in home.
