The pie charts provide information about consuming three types of nutrients which are added to everyday meals in the USA, measured in percentage.
With the first glance, it can be noted that people intake sodium and saturated fat mostly in dinner time. However, sugar is almost consumed in the snack time which is completely reasonable for that period.
Nonetheless, obviously, people take in sodium preferably in dinner time and after that in launch at over 70% totally. However, the consumption of sodium shows reduction during breakfast and snacks time with about 14% for each one. Anyway, in the case of saturated fat there are almost similar results with sodium intake. Conversely, sugar consumption trend is completely different from the other two nutrients. Clearly, the most time of consumption for added sugar is in snacks time at 42%.
All in all, while sodium and saturated fat have similarity in consumption for individuals by the most consumption time in the dinner and the least in breakfast, added sugar has shown a different intake in snacks time.
