Agree or disagree?
Successful people try new things and take risks rather than only doing what they know how to do well.

The importance of individuals' endeavor toward reaching success has been rarely doubted by people, but there has been always different approaches toward success. Some people believe it's more intelligent to focus only on their current skills and avoid other things in order to exploit the most from their time, while others think learning new things and risk-taking are important characteristics of successful people. Although each of these groups have emerged successful individuals, it seems that constant learning and risk taking are inseparable aspects of successful ones. This is demonstrated in this essay by looking at important needs of the rapid changing age of technology and also the necessity of risk-taking in a great tournoment of success, established by todays’ world population.

Can we find anyone successful in his expertise in this rapid changing world who doesn't learn and utilize the fast brand new technologies introduced in his field? It is believed that one of the first aims of technology and science is to help doing everything faster and more efficient than before, so in the great tournoment toward success, even small changes in the pace can lead to overtaking many rivals. To be more specific, everyday lots of new gadgets and tools are introduced in each area which are designed by groups of creative designers to make processes easier or help accelerating them. These technologies are getting vital equipments of doing a decent job, which using them requires everyday and constant learning. Thus, this makes it clear why constant learning is vital in this ever-changing world.

Secondly, the recent growth in the worlds’ population, has almost made it impossible to be a successful one without taking risks. Risk-taking is believed to make the way much easier by creating opportunities which make people much more significant than their competitors. This fact can be seen in the life of Warren Buffet, one of the most successful individuals in the world, who has gained his wealth through a highly risk-taking job, stock trade. His possessions are so much that can not be gained through hundreds years of constant working as a professional. Therefore, no doubts remain in the importance of risk-taking toward being magnificent throughout life.

In conclusion, the pace of technology advancements and the great population of people who try for achieving success, made us clear in the importance of both constant learning and risk-taking. Consequently, being the one who does the thing which he knows how to do well, is not considered as a good approach toward success. Although by doing this, the one will end higher than average, evidences has shown top of the mountain is waiting for the other group.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
