Your friend has asked you to teach English to her or his child. You would like to borrow some books from your teacher to help you teach English to the child.
Write a letter to your teacher. In your letter:
• Tell your teacher what and when you are going to teach the child
• Describe the kind of books you would like to borrow
• Explain why you think these books will be useful

Dear Sir
I am one of the ex-students of yours from Bharti international school, Ludhiana, who is pending down this missive in order to lend some English books so that I can cede cognizance to one of my friend's progeny.
The child, to whom I will teach, is a 12-year-old kid studying in the third standard at government secondary school. He is naive to the language as his guide as a guide in his institution I am not good enough. Therefore, I have to start from the very basic for which I want some grammar books. Apart from this, storybooks and pictorial books can also be proved believable as this will add an interesting factor in his learning process. Being a teacher, you will have a blue corner of such informative and innovative books by which you can learn in the most effective way.
Moreover, as I am working at the moment, I can't make up to you during week weekdays, so Sunday would be great if you do not mind I can meet up at your place as I am planning to provide him English lessons from Monday evenings.
I look forward to your earliest reply.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours faithfully
Arshdeep Kaur
