Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with reference to job opening in your hotel. I’m pursuing my masters course in the Caltech University, city campus. I am 30 years old.
I have been worked as customer supervisor at taj hotel on part time basis during my undergraduate study in India.
Duties involved receiving guests, allocation of daily work for subordinates, receiving feedback from customers and implementation of countermeasures based on the feedback. I had been instrumental in training the staff on courtesy and ethics and, initiated evening musical performance in the hotel restaurant.
Further to the above-mentioned previous job duties, do you think these skills would be sufficient? Alternatively, do I need to be trained, further? I am more than happy to work at your hotel. Current study time allow to work for 20 hours a week. I’m looking forward to meet you soon for interview.
Have a great day.
Sincerely,
Srikanth Chinta
