Line graph
The provided line graph delineates the amount of stolen cars per thousand vehicles in Britain, Sweden, France and Canada over the period of nine years commencing from 1990. A glance at the chart reveals that car thefts were far higher in Great Britain than in the other three counties throughout the whole time frame.
It is explicitly viewed that the highest number of car theft accounts for England. In the first 3 years rate had increased gradually, but then started falling after reaching 20 000 and bottomed out during 1993. In 1996 it regained its position and dropped over the last 3 years. In terms of Sweden rate, it experienced steady but significant rise and reached its peak in 1999 in slightly less than 15000. In contrast, the proportion of cars which were stolen in Canada and France dropped fractionally with some fluctuations. They both witnessed gradual fall until 1993. However France rate crept up then tailed off after 4 years, While number of theft in Canada saw hardly noticeable increase and both stood at 6000 in last year. Car thefts in Sweden, France and Canada followed a fairly similar numbers over the first five years, all remaining at between 5 and 10 per thousand
