Overall, it can be manifested that there was an uncertain consumption of meat where beef and lamb dramatically declined and the intake of chicken rose after the year 1989, and fish input remains constant.
In the beginning, beef consumption was at a peak and almost reached 230 Grams per week in the year 1984, nonetheless, the numbers started decreasing after 1987 where per week use of beef was at around 220 grams and subsequently it begins falling and ended up by 120 grams in the year 2004. Interestingly, per gram intake of fish almost remain similar from its beginning where it was at 52 Grams, and in the end, it drops by 2 to 4 Grams per week.
In the year 1979, the acceptance for both lamb and chicken remains exact among the citizens. However, around the year 1989 chicken surpassed per gram by 220, and then it significantly increased and dissolves in 2004 by 240 grams and it remains the most favorable among the Europeans. However, lamb started slumping its vogue from the year 1989 where people choose to eat at least 100 grams per week, and thereafter, It weakened by 53 grams per week consumption in the year 2004.
