Write a letter to your landlord complaining about noise in the block of flats which he owns.
You should include:
Where you live
The problem
What he should do
Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to complain about certain noise levels from the neighboring apartments, which you own, and your immediate attention in this regard would be highly appreciated.
With regard to my address, I am residing in apartment I-701, The Edge Towers, which is next to other owned apartments by you. I have been living here for three years and I have never been so inconvenient.
As for the noise problem, the new neighbors play loud music late at night and one of them has a tendency to host parties most of the weekends, which creates a lot of nuisance. Due to this, I could not concentrate on my studies and sleep well on time. If they would continue doing this, I am afraid that I will fail my board exams.
In order to fix this issue, I would appreciate it if you could talk to other tenants and ask them to turn down the volume level. Being the owner of the house, I would also like you send them the society guidelines to follow.
I hope for prompt action from you regarding this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Ell
