Write a letter to your landlord complaining about noise in the block of flats which he owns.
You should include:
Where you live
The problem
What he should do
Dear Sir,
I hope you will find this letter in the best of health and happiness. I am writing to express my concerns related to the disturbance while living in your apartment which I rented the past few months.
The flat which you have rented me is in Tower B, house number 209 on the first floor in the Rickwood society. I selected this place for living due to the serene surroundings. Plus, I had mentioned the same in our rental agreement. However, things have not been promised because I am facing a lot of trouble while sleeping at the night in this apartment.
For the past few weeks, the house next door residents are playing loud music since there is no elder citizen in their house. I have seen the teens coming to the next-door house at night with some liquor and other junk food items. Every day around 1 PM, they start playing loud music and making noises which have created our living hell in your flat. We would have written to you in the first place as we talked to them and they do not care about the neighbors and the peaceful locality of our neighborhood.
Therefore, I would request you to please talk to their parents who are the house owners and tell them to inform their children not to create noise pollution in our society, especially during the night when everyone is sleeping in the neighborhood. I hope you understand the concern or else I have to look around for another place and will make sure no teens are living nearby.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
