A friend has agreed to stay in your flat (apartment) and look after it while you are away. You want to give your friend some information about the flat.

• Give information about the flat
• Provide any important instructions
• Say what he/she should do if there are any problems

Dear Sarah,
How are you? I would like to thank you as you have agreed to move in my flat and look after it while I am on the trip.
Anyway, as it is the first time you come over, I want to tell you about my unit to feel more comfortable during your accommodation. In fact, it is a two-bedroom flat on the six floor in an apartment complex. As there is a lift, it does not need to climb any stairs. One of bedrooms has been provided for you to hit the sack and put your properties on the closets.
I was wondering if you could take care of my plants in the balcony. You just ought to water them every three days. Furthermore, I want to request from you to pay some bills, which comes at the door at the end of the month. After coming back home, I will pay you all cost you pay.
At the end, in case, some issues would come up in the flat, you can contact our complex’ janitor to assist you to resolve them. He lives in a room on the basement and I informed him that my friend is going to come over for two month.
I hope you have a great time during your accommodation in my flat .
Cheers,
Eli
