A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter
give contact details for when you are away
give instructions about how to care for your pet
describe other household duties
Dear Karen
Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirit. I am writing to let you know some household duties and instructions to take care of my pet in my absence and you are agreed to stay at my home when I will be away.
As I already discussed with you that I have 4 days science conference in Vancouver. Therefore, I am leaving my home on 23rd July in the early morning. For your convenience, I will keep the key to the main door under the mat outside the backdoor so that you can take the keys and enter my home safely.
I want to bring your attention to my small puppy who is 9 months old. The puppy prefers to drink milk thrice a time in a day and food only once at noon. Moreover, he likes to play in the backyard with some toys in the evening. You should provide water to him as well at regular intervals and help him to take shower in this summer season.
Apart from that, I will be glad if you watered the plants on the top roof of my house. Also, keep the lights switch off when you are not at home.
Hearing from you back soon.
Regards
Preet
