The line graph illustrates how many questions sent to the Tourist Information Office in three different ways (in person, by letter/email and by telephone) from January to June in 2011.
Overall, most individuals posted their queries by visiting the information office in charge of tourism in person or by calling through telephone whereas less people chose to send through letter or email. The highest number of queries was made in the month of June while the lowest was on February.
In January 2011, the tourism office received just above 400 queries personally which then dramatically rose to reach a peak of approximately 1900 in June. With regards to questions made by telephone, it started at 900 in the first month then slowly climbed to 1600 by the end of the period.
On the other hand, there was alsmost 800 queries sent through letter or email in January, then remained relatively stable until May before falling to just under 400 in June.
