You eat at your favourite restaurant every day for lunch. You do not like the decor they have chosen. Write the manager a letter telling him:
-What you think is great about the restaurant?
-What things you think need to be changed?
-Suggestions on ways to improve the decor?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am your loyal customer and used to have lunch every day at your restaurant since the autumn. In fact, your chef is a true professional and the cousin is so delicious that I have become an admirer of it. However, I have noticed that your restaurant does not have enough customers and is half-full even at lunchtime. That’s why I would like to make a suggestion on how to improve the service, which you provide.
Frankly speaking, the decoration of your restaurant is completely out of taste and those artificial flowers remind me how fleeting our life is. Thus, I am sure if you change those flowers for a few fresh flowers and a couple of small decorative fountains, then the place will acquire a different atmosphere. As a result, people will be more attracted to spend quality time here.
Sincerely yours,
Mariya V.
