Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to complaint about an issue that I am facing in the changing area. I am member of your gym from the last six months and enjoying all amenities except the one I want you to address. This has been reported on several occasions to gym coordinator, however, no action taken yet.
To begin with, the working condition of fan is not appropriate. In summers, the weather conditions makes it throttling to change clothes over there. Now, season has been shifted from winters to summer, so it is making more suffocating to get into the changing area.
Furthermore, this drawback has been conveyed to your management plethora of times but nothing seems to work here. Mr. Thompson, from your staff informed me that maintenance will be done. Now, it is really getting on my nerves.
I would really appreciate, if you can have a look over the situation to rectify it on priority. At the same time, gym can be kept closed on weekend to fix the problem. I hope you will pay a kind attention to it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Urvashi
