The diagrams illustrate the multi-stage process of making yoghurt.
Overall, there are four stages of producing yoghurt, from raw materials to accomplished products to be sold. Each phase in accordance to a particular temperature to ensure the quality efficacy of the final product, which is then packed.
Looking at the process more closely, one can see that the process begins when the ingredients, which compose of stabilizers, dry milk, sugar and milk are mixed together in a hygienic stainless steel vessel. At this point, the mixture is heated to 85 Celsius degree in order to roll out the ‘pasteurization’ process. Then, it is cooled to 42 Celsius degree in order to make all the ingredients in the blend homogenous aptitude. After this phase is complete, the mixture go through the fermentation process and the temperature is initially turned down to 7 Celsius degree, then it stops before being packed in the individual bottle to be sold to the commercial market.
