Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records.Which approach do you prefer, and why?
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Throughout history, human beings have tried various ways to record their memories and experiences. Some of these ways are writing diaries, painting pictures, or making photo albums. Nowadays, technology development has made it much easier for us to keep and share our photos and information by providing online platforms such as social networking sites. Personally speaking, I prefer to upload my pictures and information and share it with other people. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, sharing personal experiences with other individuals strengthens our relationships with them and helps us develop new friendship bonds. When people see our pictures and read about our experience, they may relate to our feeling, express their comments, or talk to us about it, which will improve closeness and understanding. Also, they can change our perspective by mentioning their own experience or opinion. For instance, last year I decided to go on a trip to Shiraz. I uploaded a picture of Shiraz on my social account to tell everyone about my upcoming trip. After an hour, one of my followers who lived in Shiraz sent me a message and gave me some information about the best places in Shiraz that I must see. She also suggested being my tour guide. I happily accepted her suggestion, and that trip became one of my best travel experiences. Uploading a picture helped me find a new friend and have a fun trip.
Secondly, it is wise to have our memories recorded. Our brain is bombarded with a large amount of information every day. However, it cannot store everything we experience in our lifetime due to its limited memory capacity. Therefore, we gradually forget many memories and their details, and this process is inevitable. Maintaining pictures and information by uploading them on online platforms is a convenient approach to keep our memories and protect them from vanishing.
In conclusion, I believe that keeping a record of photos and personal information on social sites is a good idea. This is because it helps us develop and reinforce our relationships with others, and it is an easy approach to keep our memories.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
