The given pictorial data represents the current situation of town centre called Islip and plan for its further development.
Looking at the present things, main road located in the middle of map with shops on its either sides accessible to the school and park on the southern part. Northern area is dominated by the counrtyside.
Analysing the structured and projected plan for future development, the major change will the establishment of the circular dual carriageway on the boundries the town. The main road will no longer exist as it will converted to the pedestrians. However, one side shops will as it is, northern side shops will be transformed in to the shopping center with the parking facilities and bus stand on right and left respectively. Another parking is planned at the south-east corner of highway. A new housings are estimated to buit in the north-east corner and near the existing residential area splited by the new main road on the south side of town. School will be planned to unchange.
Overall, the town will become more reliable by having a ring-road with upgrading few things and additng various modern emenities.
