In this day and age, people are experiencing a highly dynamic world, so it has caused individuals to be confused about what they should do in order to have flourishing lives. An inevitable question which has always been the topic of contention and brought about heated debates is whether in this complex contemporary advanced life, it is necessary for youngsters to have the capability to plan or organize or not. A plethora of people adhere to the idea that they should be able to plan and organize, which I entirely concur with. In the following, I will explicitly elucidate my rationale by advancing two outstanding reasons.
The first exquisite point to be mentioned is that this world is getting to be extremely fast-paced. As a result, it has made it arduous to predict the future, so without the potential to make plans and decisions for the future, one will not have a prosperous life. Obviously, the more one is master in planning and organizing, the more he or she probable to have a thriving life. My own experience is a compelling evidence of this reality. Two years ago, when I graduated, I had been trying to do my best in my carrier to have lucrative incomes, but I was not successful because I had not ability to devise plans and get organized. After reading some inspiring books about scheduling and making time tables, I could make a splash. Had I not read the books, I would not have been able to be prosperous.
Another prominent reason is that plans make us to try harder in every situation. Apparently, no one can cast a shadow of doubt on the idea that humans have different obstacles in different stages of life, so people need to be able to create practical ways to solve their dilemmas. Without creative and profitable plans, people could lose their temper and give up on their dreams. As proof for these points, a cutting-edge and comprehensible investigation undertaken by a number of eminent researchers at the University of London's center for psychology demonstrated that people who have skills to create plans and organize themselves are fifty percent more resilient in front of various hurdles in their lives.
In brief, all aforementioned reasons and examples lead us to the conclusion that youth should attain the knowledge to plan and organize, because in this changing world they need it to have flourishing lives, and because this ability will motivate them to solve their problems and difficulties in their different stages of life.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
