The diagrams show changes in a student common room

Given are the two maps depicting the sea changes in the communal room’s arrangement during a course of five years to date.
It is conspicuous that the chamber’s area has not altered, except for the refurbishment and installation of a handful of amenities to make the room less vacant and more lavish.
It was a rudimentary area that garnered little notice five years ago when it was untapped. To be more specific, there were merely four sets of circular tables and six chairs laid in the center position, along with a cabinet for personal items on the bottom right corner. Meanwhile, the entire north section of the room was devoted to the essential utilities for the students such as: a sink, cupboard, two adjacent benches, a microwave, and a refrigerator laid out in the following sequence from left to right.
Hitherto, two of the four tables have been removed and replaced by a lengthy rectangular table with a massive capacity on the left side of the main door accessed from the main door. In the northern side, there is a moderate change as the second bench has been discarded for the appearance of a new microwave, along with a subtle insertion of a drink vending machine directly underneath the refrigerator to serve the refreshment needs of learners. Ultimately, the most prominent innovation is that students nowadays can genuinely enjoy a television with three recliners on the lower right corner of the room and a bench with a laptop for four people sitting immediately placed nearby.
