The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing soft cheese from water and milk.
Overall, it is a straightforward process that comprises five main stages, beginning with blending milk and water and ending with filtering impurities to produce the last commodity.
First, the water and milk are mixed in the blender to form a mixture. Following this, it is transferred to cool at 5 degrees Celsius for 2 hours. After the cooling stage, salt is added to the compound, and the result is that the blend is thicker than the previous stage, becoming a semi-liquid form, which is then heated to 35 degrees Celsius for two hours in the fermentation steps. Subsequently, the mixture is boiled at 100 degrees Celsius for 8 hours. In the fifth stage, the compound is refrigerated for about 8 hours at 5 degrees Celsius. Once it is cooled, the mixture turns into a thick liquid, and the wastewater is drained in a different way to outside cold storage. Finally, the product is filtered to yield the final product: soft cheese, which completes the whole process.
