Overall, the population in urban area globally was more contributed by it in Latin America than Africa and Asia. Furthermore, staying at big cities will be more and more popular dramatically in the whole parts of the world, especially in the aforementioned regions.
Initially, global population settled in urban area accounted for almost a third, with the vast majority located in Latin America at two fifths. When it comes to two other continents, the rate of persons who populated Asia were as similar as that living in Africa in approximately one in ten. By 2000, all figures had witnessed a significant growth.
Eventually, the proportion of urban population in the entire world is predicted to grow significantly to be twofold of the beginning, and that in Latin American will increase to four fifths, breaking the record as the major contributor. Meanwhile, the rate of Asian is envisaged to be the second highest, inclining to almost a sixth. Moreover, that of African which will experience a dramatic incline to slightly more than a half.
