Looking at the two bar charts, it is immediately obvious that the prices paid for houses in London is higher than England and London also take the lead with the highest average house prices compared with other areas of England.
Perceptibly, In 1995, the cost in order to buy a house in England was approximately 160000 Euro and touched at 200000 Euro in 2013. Next comes London with 200000 Euro after which rose dramatically with 410000 Euro.
Turning to the average house prices in other areas of England. It can be noticed that London was the highest with 400000 Euro, followed by. South East and South West with 310000 Euro and 260000 Euro, respectively. Likes wide, North West and Midlands was regarded with 200000 Euro and 120000 Euro.
