Write a letter to the retailer to complain. In the letter:
– Explain why you are unhappy
– Request a refund
– Make arrangements to return the damaged item
Dear Sir or Madam
Last Sunday I purchased a new bag from your famous store and when I went home and tried the new bag, I realized that there were a few defects in the bag. For instance, the accessories on the bag have fallen off and not glued very well and the pocket on the bag has small holes which allow coins to disappear in the bag and the zipper of the bag is not moving very well and that made feel very disappointed for your store has such a great reputation with great products.
I am writing this to demand a refund for the defective bag which cost me three hundred dollars and I will make a second visit to your store the next Sunday at noon to receive my refund because I have the bill of the bag and I trust your judgement.
I look forward to seeing you again
Yours Sincerely,
Susan Swamn
