Overall, there were big differences in terms of industrialization and modernization during a period of 10 years. Typically, more amenities were constructed to serve citizens' demands.
On the west side of the river, a nearby residential area was demolished to make place for a new shopping center. Similarly, a cinema with multi-screen was built, which took the previous position of the arts center.
