Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing a letter to express my consideration for my current roommate who is making my stay in the college hostel difficult. I am having unavoidable and unmanageable problems due to her activities to cause my study to be bad.
I am a second-year student in the college and share a living hostel with another student for a year. My previous roommate was rational, extremely cooperative and inclined to study while the present roommate is the polar opposite and have frequent parties with playing loud music in the wee hours and smoking with her friends in the room. My studies are being hampered by her behaviours.
I would prefer anything quiet, and my semester final is approaching. I would like you to shift either me or my roommate to another room. I do not mind the room type as long as it is quiet and favourable for study.
Thank you for your time to consider and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Wong
