The pie chart indicates the results of a survey report focusing on MBA students with respect to their opinion on selecting the course and various reasons for job providers for choosing them.
Overall, It can be seen that are four major key points for doing MBA and the five most valued skills employers seek.
Firstly, 65% think that the first and the most important thing is that graduates get a plethora of job opportunities via MBA. Secondly, 12% believe that pursuing a management program also develops people personally like communication skills and approaches. Thirdly, 15% of candidates also have in their mind that such courses may give them the required ability to do a more profound job. Last but not least, a few numbers of students think that MBA might provide them with the ability to help others.
On the other hand, the list of employers' golden highlighted points are as follows. Number one, one-fourth of the HR of any organization will always look for a more alpha personality and previous work connections respectively. Further, they will check the presentation/appearance, at the same time, also the latter work knowledge of the following interviewees. In the end, a small amount of employers values the qualification.
