The given table illustrates the change in the number of visitors after Ashdown museum was revamped while the pie charts depict the proportion of visitors who shared how gratified they were with the visit prior to and post transformation.
Overall, the influx of visitors grew with the Museum's refurbishment. Before refurbishment, there were the largest proportion of visitors who were dissatisfied with their visit to the museum while post refurbishment, the greatest proportions of visitors had vented their satisfaction. However, the proportion of those who were unwilling to respond to the survey had remained unchanged.
The total number of visitors to Ashdown Museum increased by 18000 visitors, growing from 74,000 to 92,000 post refurbishment.
Two out of five visitors expressed their dissatisfaction in the survey with regard to their visit to the museum. However, this ratio had declined to paltry 15 percent after the museum was remodelled. By contrast, there were more visitors who expressed their satisfaction as the proportion of those who were very satisfied rose considerably from 15 percent to 35 percent of visitors.
While the ratio of the very dissatified went down from one out of ten to one out of twenty, the ratio of those who never responded to the survey remained at 5 percent. The greatest proportion of visitors were satisfied after the museum was reopened to the public after being redesigned. The proportion rose by 10 points to account for two out of twenty five visitors.
