Overall, it is apparent that there are seven prominent stages in this manufacturing, initiating with digging clay to prepare materials, and culminating in delivering products to suppliers.
At the first stage of the process, the excavator digs soil from the ground, then it is filtered to obtain clay by using a metal grid, and laid on the roller which transports them to the next step. Here, clay is mixed with sand and water to create the mixture before being cut by wire cutters or molded to form bricks.
Following this is the drying oven to dry these bricks between one and two days. After surpassing the previous procedure, they are kilned in moderate and high temperature, respectively, about 200°C to 980°C and 870°C to 1300°C, after which being taken to the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. When it comes to the last stages, the bricks have to package before they will be delivered to the building industry.
