The bar chart presents data on the rate of British people spending money on the charity works according to different age groups in the period from 1990 to 2010. Overall, it can be clearly seen that, the people who are 36 years old and above are spending more on the charity as compared to the younger age group, in the whole time frame.
In detail, in 1990 the people who are range from 18 to 25 are 17%,this were nearly doubled for age group 26 to 35 in the same year. The percentage reached the maximum in the age category range from 36 to 50 it was 42%. Then, this amount dropped gradually to end at 32% for people age 65 years and more.
In 2010 the number of people who gave money to the charity were increased substantially as people get older in age. The smallest portion were came from younger people who were 18 to 25 years old by about 7%. that share were tripled in age group 26 to 35. Then the number were gradually went up in next age category to peaked at just under 40% in age range from 51 to 65 years old, before it were finished at 35% for people who were 65 years and older.
