You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well.
I am writing this letter with regards to my important valuable loss of an item on a train. I lost my folder of documents which had original documents in it including the passport. I request you to kindly look in this matter urgently.
I boarded the train from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 20th of June, Wednesday at 5 pm and got down at Kalyan station near around 11 pm on the same night. My Seat was 20AC upper berth. I am sure that I have left the folder on my seat as I took out for some reason. It was A4 size turquoise colour folder with XYZ name and contact no written on it.
I have to fly to Canada on 15th July and I will be in big trouble if I would be able to find the item. I am expecting an assistance from the Railway team as you can help me find my set of documents. Therefore, again requesting to consider my situation as critical and kindly help me find my folder as soon as possible.
If you get any source please connect me on +1435355252 or on mail id: hhahha@hhs.com. I can pickup the item found.
Yours sincerely,
Mp
