In Japan, the setting of their workplace is uncomplicated. The desks are set up together to form 2 large areas, and each of them is overseen by a section manager. Heading to the top north of the room, there is a huge place for the general manager where the supervisors can monitor their subordinates. There is only one window behind the desk of the general manager.
The American office, nevertheless, contains two windows stretching across nearly the whole wall on both sides. Along the east side of the workplace, the two-section managers and the general manager are arranged respectively. There are 8 personal semi-closed working stations in the center of the office where workers from one section can intermingle with workers from another. On the west, it is equipped with facilities such as a printer copier, a storage room and two conference rooms.
