Overall, clearly that the highest figures for Chicken throughout the period. In addition, the opposite was true with the fish.
Looking at the map more closely, we can see that the amount of chicken consumed by citizens in a European nation was the highest at roughly 218 grams per person per week, after which it experienced a slight decrease to 196 grams per one per week in 1989. It followed by lamb was 150 grams in 1979 and in 1989 this amount of consumption dropped to 100 grams. Meanwhile, standing at 140 grams in 1979, the number of beef took over the dominance of Lamb and Chicken, reaching about 200 grams in 1989, while the lowest figure for fish was approximately 60 grams in 1979 and a final decrease to 50 grams in 1989.
In the second half of the period, chicken stood in the leading position, at 250 grams in 2004, while the amount of beef decreased by about 50 grams and 70 grams for lamb at the end of the stage. There was no change for fish compared to 1989.
