Given are the two maps depicting the layout of a single and double room for students.
It is perceptible that notwithstanding the high price, a double room has more facilities. Moreover, there are some moderate differences in size and structures between both kinds of rooms.
Evidently, a room for two students costs $350 per week, meanwhile, a student has to pay $200 per week for living in a single room. Additionally, whilst the length still remains at 6 meters for both, a double room reaches 4 meters wide compared to 2.5 meters for a single one.
With a pricey cost, a double room is equipped with more furniture such as one bookshelf and a table and chairs located opposite the kitchen. Furthermore, no lacking of kitchen facilities in both kinds of room like sink, stove and mỉcrowave. Due to its sizable space, a double room is more comfortable with two beds separated by two cupboards. In the interim, while there are two study desks situated in the North and South of the layout, a single one contains only one study desk which is opposite the TV in the bottom of the room.
