The powder passes firstly through a mixer and then through a rotating heater that heats the content to high temperatures. The next step is to grinder the containing that transforms into cement. Finally, the cement is packed into bags to be sold.
The production of concrete is made by 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand and 50% of gravel. The process is comprised by the introduction of all these contents in a concrete mixer which mixes it to form the concrete used for building purposes.
In summary, the cement is an important contributor for the formation of concrete. It requires to be produced by limestones and clay which are processed through a complex equipment to originate the cement.
