Describe the chart

The proportion of employee training offered by four organizations is shown in the diagram. The training personnel of firm A barely increased between 2003 and 2006, but the other companies' employees grew steadily.

Between 2003 and 2004, the share of firm A remained constant at 27 percent. The percentage of this organization began to decline significantly in the years 2004 to 2005, then marginally increased to reach 28 percent in 2006. Company B significantly increased the amount of staff training it offered, from 28 percent in 2003 to 31 percent in 2004. The percentage for this organization decreased somewhat between 2004 and 2005, from 31 percent to 30 percent. Similar to business A, for the year between 2005 and 2006, the percentage of company B peaked at 34 percent. The percentages of firms C and D were in direct opposition to one another from 2003 and 2005. According to the figure, firm D hit a low of 17 percent between 2003 and 2004, whereas company C saw a significant increase from 25 to 36 percent. The ratio of employee training from business C drastically decreased from 36 percent to 31 percent between 2004 and 2005. On the other hand, Company D increased their percentage from 17 to 34 percent. The numbers for both businesses grew between 2005 and 2006. In addition, to firm C's growth of 36 percent, the other one peaked at 35 percent.

Overall, the graph shows how four businesses, A, B, C, and D, increased their staff training percentages between 2003 and 2006.
