These picture illustrates the process of turning normal cherries into cherry jam.
Overall, there are 9 main stages in the cherry manufacturing process, beginning with collecting cherries from cherry trees and ending with labeling the cherry jars.
First, the cherries will be used to shake the tree and then fall onto the net placed at the base of the tree. Then the cherries are collected, loaded onto trucks and taken to the manufacturing plant. In the third and fourth steps, the cherries will be put into a machine to remove damaged fruit and leave, then transferred to a machine to wash with clean water. After being cleaned, all the cherries will have their seeds removed using modern machinery.
Once all the preparation and cleaning steps are completed, the cherries will be cooked in a large pot and add some spices such as sugar. In step 7, the ripe cherries will be tasted by experts to check the quality. If they meet the standards, the cherry jam will be transferred to the packaging stage. The glass jar will be filled with peach jam and labeled with the manufacturer's label to complete the process of creating cherry jam.
