Looking in more detail from the chart, in 1985, pizza was the most popular junk food among the teenagers which ingested 60 times per year. On the other hand, hamburgers and fried chicken were only eaten 10 and 5 times per year respectively. However, year by year, the figures of pizza intake started to fall gradually while the consumption of the other two items rose gently and reached the same point at around 40 times per year in 2000. After that year, hamburgers and fried chicken continued to gain popularity among teenagers while pizza order dropped significantly year by year until only consumed 10 times per year in 2015. Interestingly, although fried chicken and hamburgers consumption had the similar upward trend, the figures of fried chicken request were plateau from 2005 to 2010 and reported to have slight increase until the end of the period while hamburgers intake briefly climbed and reached 70 times per year in 2015.
