Overall, it can be seen clearly that four countries except Belgium had a rise while Belgium witnessed a gradual fall.
First, looked at in the first period that it started in 2000 and end in 2004. Begium was about 16% - 17% in 2000. and it increase remarkably. United Kingdom witnessed a sharp climb in 2004, two times as high as in 2000. Italy was about 26% in 2000, it rise gradually in the next five years. France went up sharply about the next 4 years and reached of a peak above 35% in 2004. Germany was rose slowly between 2000 and 2004.
Second, from 2004 and 2012, it saw a lot of changes in all countries. UK continued to rise sharply from 2004 to 2012. In 2012, it reached approximately 27%, in comparison with 10% in 2004. Begium increased gradually in 2008. After that, it fell slightly. Frace had a fluctuation. It saw a significant decline in 2008. Then a steady growth in 2012. Italy climbed slowly in 2008. Then it rose sharply and reached at approximately 40%, on top of the peak. Germany stayed unchanged between 2004 to 2008. Then it did not change much due to a gradually increase in 2012.
