Task
The flow chart Illustrate the brick manufacturing process.it is clear that this process includes seven distinct stages from digger and clay to the roller.
At the first stage of brick manufacturing is using the digger. The main function of a digger is to dig and move large amounts of earth and other materials. It can be used for a variety of tasks such as brick manufacturing . The material that the digger collect is clay.
Next, clay gets into a roller machine. The machine work by electricity also it contains of metal grid to put the clay on it then it use water and sand. After this stage, the process use the wire cutter to give the size of the stone until it becomes blocks. After doing the stone, it needs to be dry.the drying process takes up to24-48hours then the kiln (moderate temperature from 200-980° and high from 870-1300° )which takes 48-72hours .then the final process is to package it and deliver it to the customers .
