You recently took a part-time job working for a local company. After a few weeks you realized there were some problems with the job.
Write a letter to the manager of the company. In your letter
explain why you took the job
describe the problems that you experienced
suggest what could be done about them
Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to bring out the problems I am facing at National company. I am working as a part-time telesales executive in National Company.
I was looking for something on a part-time basis where I can earn some good amount of money to support my study. I took this job because of the good working hours and a reasonable amount of the money given at the end of each month.
Secondly, After couple of weeks at starting my new job supervisor started putting up the pressure while assigning the sales-target quota for a week which resulted in increasing number of hours spent at my job. As a result of this, I even missed some of the classes at my university.
Thirdly, I would suggest you to put some feasible target-related quota for a part-time telesales executive while having a discussion with the floor supervisor as well. I would be grateful if you can incorporate some set rules and procedures for a part-time telesales executive that would ease the situation now.
I solicit your co-operation on this.
Best
