Recently, there has been a debate about a sound had been detected by a Russian submarine, it is like frog sounds, so they called it (quaker). Until now there is no one know the source of this sound, some scientists suggest many theories explain this phenomenon, which adopts by the author in the reading passage while the professor refutes all these theories and he thinks all of them are unlikely to be true.
First of all, the theory that said this sound is from the Ocra whale, the listening argues this theory, by claiming that the Ocra whale already lives near the surface of the ocean, the sound had been heard deep, and it disappears near the surface. So the author's theory is misleading and has a serious mistake.
Second, the professor maintains the opposite side of view, regarding the giant squad theory, he contends that the Russian submarine had been detected the giant squad sound since 1960, then after two decades this sound was disappear, there is no reasonable explanation why the sound go and back again, the giant squad already living in the ocean and never disappear. By this point, the professor weakened the reading passage second theory.
Finally, the professor thinks that the theory about presence of foreign submarine, that can not detect by a sonar system is just a myth, the sound had been detected must come from fast moving, no submarine can move at this speed, additionally, there is no technology until now can build a submarine with material that can not be detect by sonar. This argument knocks down the third theory in the reading passage.
