The speaker explains three arguments opposing points stated in the reading passage about the buzzing's harmful impact on both buzzers and customers. As he states, buzzing not only helps companies to sell their products, but also gives useful information to potential customers.
First, the reading passage states that potential customers may receive incorrect information through buzzers who are just talk in support of paid advertises. However, the speaker brings some reasons to reject this claim. He states that buzzers are typical users of company's products. They spread positive word of mouth in favor of products because buzzers believe that these products are in good quality and worthy to buy. So, this critic has been repudiates by the speaker.
Second, the speaker opposes the idea presented in the reading passage about the consumers' vulnerability in purchase decision-making procedure because they may approve buzzer's statements in favor of the product. As he states, consumers usually ask a lot of question to know whether the product benefits from reasonable price or high quality services or not. If consumers do not convince, they will not intend to purchase the product. Hence, this idea has been rejected by the speaker too.
Third and last, the speaker asserts that buzzers are being paid by companies because their products are good. If they do not offer high quality products, buzzers would not eager to be hired by such companies. As he states, buzzers are people who have good experiences in using a product and they want to share their own experiences with people which may trigger consumers to purchase the product. They are trustful and open to respond individual's concerns about the product. These explanations were against the reading passage's claim about destructive influence of buzzing on social relationships due to spreading mistrust and dishonesty.
