There are five main stages are shown in process making cement and concrete. They are product power from limestone and clay, mix power, passing them through rotating heater, grinder cement and mixer concrete.
Cement production include four steps. First, limestone and clay are crushed to power, then mix them. Next, taking power to pass through rotating heater to heat them. After heating, the power is ground and become cement. Cement can be packed to a lot bags and delivered to stores, on the other hand, it is enjoyed into next process to product concrete.
Concrete-making process contains only one stages. We can be seen that 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and 50% gravel are took into concrete mixer, and then, they will be mixed to form concrete.
